The HL-L8360CDW business laser printer. Made for true flexibility. Offers easy printing at resolutions up to 2400 x 600 dpi. Print speed is 31 pages in color and black and white. That can hold up to 300 sheets together. The recommended monthly load is up to 4000 pages. You can easily connect the printer via Ethernet LAN. Or wirelessly via Wi-Fi. Fi and NFC. The printer comes with a set of toners. That last up to 1800 pages in color and 3000 pages in black and white.

Replacing a New Drum Unit

The Brother HL-L8360CDW has a separate toner cartridge and consumables drum unit. You can easily replace the drum unit on the Brother HL-L8360CDW. Changing the drum unit can follow the simple steps below:

  1. First, make sure the Brother device is powered on;
  2. Then, press and hold the front cover release button and pull the front cover open;
  3. Next, hold the green handle on the drum unit. Continue by pulling the drum unit out of the Brother device;
  4. Then, turn the green lock lever counterclockwise until it locks into the release position. Holding the green handle on the drum unit, lift it up on the front of the drum unit and remove it from the Brother device;
  5. After that, unpack the new drum unit and remove the protective cover;
  6. Next, grasp the toner cartridge handle and gently push it away from you to open it. Continue pulling up until it exits the drum unit. Repeat this for all toner cartridges;
  7. Then, reinsert the toner cartridge into the new drum unit and gently pull it toward you until it clicks into place. Make sure you match the color of the toner cartridge with the same color label on the drum unit. Repeat these steps to install all of the toner cartridges;
  8. Then, make sure the green locking lever is in the released position;
  9. Next, gently slide the drum unit into the Brother kit until it stops at the green lock lever;
  10. Then, turn the green lock lever clockwise to the locked position;
  11. Next, using the green handle, push the drum unit back into the Brother device until it locks into place;
  12. Finally, close the front cover of the Brother device and reset the drum counter.
