Connecting the Brother MFC-J5955DW Printer to an Android Device Using Wi-Fi Direct

If you have an Android phone or tablet that supports Wi-Fi Direct technology and the Brother MFC-J5955DW printer supports it, you can take advantage of this technology to print the documents you need. Android devices and Brother printers do not have to be connected to the same network. Because Wi-Fi direct works by setting up a direct “point-to-point” connection from one device to another.

1. First, use an Android device and open the Settings menu, then select Network & Internet, then select Wi-Fi connection, and enable Wi-Fi network connectivity;
